Live the beach life in this luxury BEACHFRONT vacation home now available. Ideal for small or large groups, plenty of room to house up to 15 guests next to the beautiful beaches of Hawaii. Home recently remodeled and furnished with all new furnishings. Beautiful living room & master bedroom overlooking ocean with private master deck. 4 bedrooms & 3 baths spread over 2800 sq ft. A large back area connects to a beautiful park leading you steps to the beach.. A “rare” find!

The Space...

Ideal for you and a large group with plenty of room to comfortably house up to 15 people next to the beautiful beaches of Hawaii. This home has been recently remodeled and furnished professionally decorated in its entirety. A beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with a lovely Quartz water fall edge counter tops. A beautiful living room downstairs and private master deck upstairs both overlooking the ocean and 4 bedrooms spread out over 2800 sqft.

There are four bedrooms.

The first bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed.

In the main family area there is a Murphy bed cabinet that makes into a queen size bed.

Upstairs in the second bedroom there is a king size bed.

In the third bedroom we call our “bunk room”. It has a queen bed. A full size bed and 2 twin beds.

In the master there is a king size bed and also a pullout full size sofa sleeper.

You’ll find a pack and play for your little one at the house along with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach toys, and a wagon to pull it all down to the beach.

Location is everything

The beach is generally calm and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can walk further down the beach to find great surfing waves (Pounders Beach). You’ll have the perfect amount of room to enjoy each other’s company inside and out. Enjoy new AC split systems in all rooms, cable TV and WiFi throughout this beautiful home.

Your minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU Hawaii and Mormon temple. A short drive to the famous “Sunset Beach”. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Perfectly located on the North Shore of Oahu. More shopping and restaurants a mile and a half away.

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We offer convenient contactless check-in and check-out, and you’ll receive detailed instructions via email prior to your arrival. If you need special timing, feel free to ask — we’ll always try to accommodate when possible.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, parking is available for up to three vehicles per stay. Please note that parking is shared with a neighboring property, so we kindly ask that driveway access remains clear at all times.

Where is The Hansen Boys Beach House located?

Situated on the waterfront, this vacation home is within 1 mi (2 km) of Kokololio Beach Park, Hauʻula Beach Park, and Pounders Beach. Hau'ula Forest Reserve and Brigham Young University Hawaii are also within 2 mi (3 km).

How many guests are allowed to stay?

The home accommodates a maximum of 15 guests, including infants. To ensure everyone’s comfort and compliance with local guidelines, we ask that the number of guests at the property matches the number listed on your reservation.

Are parties or events allowed?

Hansen Boys Beach House is designed for relaxing family getaways — not parties or large gatherings. Events, parties, and group functions are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the home peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.

Are pets allowed?

At this time, pets are not permitted at the property. We love our furry friends, but this helps us maintain the home for guests with allergies and sensitivities.

What do we need to do before check-out?

We simply ask that you treat the home as you would your own. Before departure, please take out all garbage, strip the linens from the beds, and start a load of laundry. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, so leaving the home tidy helps avoid any additional charges.

Waves of Gratitude

Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay in Laie very much! The home was equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated the extra touches like laundry baskets and trash cans in each room. It was also helpful having two washers and dryers. The linens and towels seemed to be new and very good quality. We loved the accessibility to the beach and gorgeous surroundings out the back door. It was also close to great restaurants and food trucks! I would highly recommend this spot for a peaceful Hawaiian getaway!

Great quiet & private place to stay; away from the hustle & bustle of regular tourist attraction locations. The house was amazing with all the amenities of home plus some added supplies to make the stay more enjoyable.

What a great vacation rental! We had a group of 10 and the house was perfect. It has all the things you need for the beach so you don’t have worry about that. The beach is right in the back yard and it is beautiful and a great place to swim.. The yard is part of the public beach but it was never busy, even over Memorial Day weekend. The location is excellent and all of the things you need are very close.
