Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay in Laie very much! The home was equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated the extra touches like laundry baskets and trash cans in each room. It was also helpful having two washers and dryers. The linens and towels seemed to be new and very good quality. We loved the accessibility to the beach and gorgeous surroundings out the back door. It was also close to great restaurants and food trucks! I would highly recommend this spot for a peaceful Hawaiian getaway!

What a great vacation rental! We had a group of 10 and the house was perfect. It has all the things you need for the beach so you don’t have worry about that. The beach is right in the back yard and it is beautiful and a great place to swim.. The yard is part of the public beach but it was never busy, even over Memorial Day weekend. The location is excellent and all of the things you need are very close.

Our Thanksgiving week stay was outstanding! The beach is perfect for families with children. Endless boogie boarding (provided!) and body surfing on the far end of the beach, snorkeling and sand castles on the near end. Lots of beach toys provided. The amenities were great and accommodated our party of 10 nicely with room to spread out. The second fridge/freezer in the garage were perfect as we ate almost all our meals at home. The barbecue was well used. The master and bunk rooms upstairs are oceanside with a beautiful view and balcony to relax on. The third (upstairs) and fourth (downstairs) bedrooms are on the front of the house. Difficult to find the turn to the house initially, but once you realize it's right next to the park you won't miss it again.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful vacation in Oahu. There were 8 adults and 3 children. The place had enough room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the wild chickens that frequented the yard. The beach equipment came in handy too.

Very accommodating with new furnishings and new appliances. We are s family of 7 and this house provided enough space for all. The location is along the coast and central to the Northern tip and Southern tip of the island. The island has preserved parks along much of the coast and this house has a small portion of park separating it from the waters edge, however this is not a problem and provides a backyard to play yard games, etc. The owner is very responsive to your concerns and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this property again.

Nice size house that is very nicely decorated. Lots of room and very comfortable furniture. Security system was easy to use and the place had all the amenities you need for hanging out at the beach. Joseph was extremely responsive as well.

You clearly described everything about your rental well. We appreciated your quick responses to our requests. We Loved all the extra touches, even had a crock pot! Only thing we didn’t find was a strainer for noodles, but bought one and added it to your kitchen. Your new renovations were certainly appreciated, and the beach supplies were perfect. Joseph was an AWESOME host, very responsive and allowed us early checkin which was GREAT.
The house was easy to find and conveniently CLOSE to the beach. I mean it was a skip and a hop away. The beach was beautiful, nice in the morning and beautiful during the day. We went fishing near the rocks and caught so many fishes. The beach was beautiful, clear, warm and shallow. Beautiful to walk, wake up, and have a nice cup of coffee. The washing area outside was a great place to clean up before getting back into the house.
The house was beautiful! Had everything we needed for 12 adults. Cooking utensils and shopping centers 5 minutes away.
The restroom was beautiful and plenty of space to dance and sing and just enjoy the island. We stayed at the house most of the time.
Don’t worry about the construction next door, they are quiet, respectful and friendly. We didn’t notice them at all.
The property is surrounded near and close to everything, fishing, swimming and plenty beauty.

This home was perfect for our group vacation. You simply can not beat the location….it’s steps away from a stunning and somewhat secluded beach. One end of the beach offers tide-pools for exploring and the other end has waves perfect for boogie boarding. 3 adult couples each had their own room and all 6 kids were able to share the bunk room comfortably. The home itself is well-equipped and clean. The living room and kitchen are plenty big and can easily accommodate a big group. We would love to book the home again for future trips to Laie.

Joseph had a great house and location. This was a vacation for a large family gathering so there were 12 of us but the place never felt crowded. Getting to the beach was so convenient that we would go there to walk and swim multiple times each day. There were lots of beach toys and gear in the garage and the beach was lovely and never had too many people on it. The kids loved chasing the chickens in the park at the rear of the house and looking for sea creatures in the nearby tide pools. Joseph was very responsive and would often reply to our questions within the hour. We all had a wonderful vacation and would definitely consider going back!

This is a beautiful and very well appointed property - just steps away from the sandy and quiet beach. The food trucks and local eateries are abundant throughout the area, and Honolulu is not far away should you opt for a fine dining experience. Also, the Polynesian Cultural Center is just minutes away from the property. Great location if you want to get away from it all, but still accessible to Honolulu/Waikiki if you are looking for more of a city vibe. I would highly recommend this property and will be coming back.

Our whole family loved staying in this beach house! There were 8 of us and had plenty of room. Beach was secluded we felt like we were on our own private beach. Beautiful 360 views. We were close to all of our favorite food stops and the things provided made it really easy to cook in the beach house kitchen. Every bedroom had a cooler which made for perfect temperatures and beds were sooo comfortable. Ample closet space and so many fun toy and beach items in the house and garage for the kids. Just turn right, right before the teal mailbox to make it into the right driveway! The host Joseph was great! We would love to stay here again!

Loved the location and beach access. Just 1 minute walk to the most beautiful sunrise. Every you may need can be found a few blocks away at Tamuras market and longs drugs. Finding the driveway can be tricky if you're not familiar with the area and the layout of the properties. The drive way is long and shared with 2 other properties... So be sure to find your landmarks so you can get ready to turn into the right driveway off Kamehameha. The house is as described and has all the appliances, soaps and shampoos. The house was clean and having 2 seats of washer/dryers is a huge bonus. Thanks so much.

Joseph’s place in Laie is fantastic, especially for families traveling together. We were two families holidaying with small kids and there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. Joseph has thought of everything and the place is well stocked with everything you need for a holiday on the beach. The location can’t be beat, the beach right in front of the house is quiet and calm. Great for little kids. The house is also close to lots of local shops and other attractions and beaches. Laie is a perfect place to explore the rest of North Shore and other locations on Oahu. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Came to Hawaii to celebrate our 35 year wedding anniversary with our immediate family which included three small grandchildren. The location was perfect for our active family to do many hikes, the usual Oahu tourist activities, and beach experiences. Loved that you could walk a short distance to the beautiful beach! We often almost had the beach to ourselves in the evening. The house layout was perfect for our adult children and their small children. We really enjoyed the open kitchen, dining area, and living room. We also really appreciated all the little items like the beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were available. The washer and dryers were much appreciated also. Had a great experience!

The house was perfect! We all enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view every day and just walking out the backdoor and going for a swim. The kids also got plenty of use from the boogie boards to the snorkeling gear. Those came in handy when we went to the other beaches and saved money on rental gear. This was difficulty a trip to remember and the beautiful house is something that I talk about when chatting with other friends and family about my trip. Anyone who rents the home will be blow away with joy!

Joseph's place is reflected accurately in the photos. The set up is really nice, its conveniently located near the beach (walking distance), Polynesian Culture Center, Horseback Riding, and Food Trucks. You will definitely need a vehicle as some of the main tourist attractions such as Manoa Falls, Diamond Head, & Waikiki are about 1 hour away. His property is closer to the country side which I LOVED. Everything you need such as grocery stores is also very close by.

Booking, check-in/out, and communication with the property management was very smooth. The construction on the attached house next door posed no challenges and many of us forgot that was even a potential issue. This met our needs perfectly. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

My wife and I were just married 11/24/23 and this was our first trip as 1 big family. Combined we had 4 daughters, 1 son, 1 son in law, 3 grandsons and 1 possible daughter in law. The home was big enough for us all comfortably. The beach was amazing. It’s not a private beach but it might as well have been!!! Truly a perfect trip.

Simply stunning! Do yourself a favor, and don’t hesitate renting this gorgeous property!!
Before we saw it in person, I was a bit confused about the adjacent park, so I thought it might be helpful to add a bit of clarification. The park is between the house and the beach. The “yard” in the photos is the park. During the day, it’s busy and there isn’t a lot of privacy on the back deck. However, it was some of the best people watching I’ve ever experienced! I’m all about privacy but I didn’t mind this one bit. In the evening and at night it’s your own “private” oasis with direct access to the beach.
The 360 views from this home are breathtaking!! Mountains in every direction except the water. The sand is so soft shoes would be a disservice to your feet! The alligator hole just past the house made for some seriously fun jumping!
All around, this house is 5 stars. Joseph was helpful and quick to respond. It’s one of the best stocked kitchens of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Everything you need is at your fingertips!

We were on the North Shore for a family wedding and this vacation home was both the perfect location and worked beautifully for our family. Every morning we took a beach chair with our cups of coffee down to the beach to watch the sunrise or take a walk down the sand. It was quiet, contemplative and a soothing way to start the day. The first floor bedroom and bathroom worked out well for our elderly parents. They did not have to navigate stairs at all. Upstairs, the three bedrooms were wonderful. The "bunk room" with 3 beds was shared by 3 twenty-something girl cousins who loved staying up late and sharing their stories of their escapades. The master is rather spacious, and would be perfect for a family with young children because there is a pull out sofa to have littles nearby. And the third bedroom upstairs is a nice queen room. Having 3 bathrooms in the house was a godsend. Of 8 guests staying, 6 were women needing mirror time for wedding prep. So bathrooms were a must. The kitchen is well stocked. Our only suggestion was a few more spatulas and serving spoons, but we had plenty of pans and dish ware for the whole family to cook meals. I highly recommend the home, and Joseph was very responsive and helpful. ONE TIP: If you enjoy wine or any alcoholic beverage, stop at the market or Longs Drugs about 1/2 mile on the left before you reach the house. There is no liquor sold in Laie, due to it being a Mormon owned city. And, support the wood carver across the street, Miti's Art Gallery. Miti is a third generation wood carver and very talented. We need to support local artists. He only takes cash, but you can negotiate a little, just be fair. We got a wonderful keepsake carving to bring home! Mahalo!

What a treat to stay here! It's rare to find a house so close to the beach in this area that is not fronting the main highway. Here, we were set in from the main road, yet just steps from the beach. The large yard/grassy area in front of the house is actually part of a public park, but we felt safe the whole time we were there. The beach is not as crowded as other beaches on the island. It was also very convenient to be so close to CVS and Tamura's (grocery store)...we ended up going back for supplies a number of times during our stay.
The house itself was very clean and well-equipped. The appliances seemed very new. The beach gear were all in good condition and more plentiful than I had anticipated. There was a mention of cameras in another review, but none were in the house and I thought it was a good idea to have them outside of the house for security purposes - especially since the patio spills into the park. The welcome basket was also a nice surprise :) Our family thoroughly enjoyed our mini staycation here. Thank you so much!

This beach house was perfect in every way. Booking was simple, communication and quick responses from host (Joseph) every step of the way. Check in was easy with the security system.
The home is immaculate and amenities are plentiful, such as; two washers and two dryers, towels, bathing soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishes, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee maker, water hose, bar-b-que grill, toaster, refrigerator with a built in ice maker and these are just a few to mention. My favorite was the clean and comfortable linens. Joseph really took the time to make us feel at home and it really showed.
Looking out the kitchen window you will see a beautiful view of the Ko’olau mountains. Looking out the other way will give you a incredible view of the beach. Walk a few steps and your toes are in the sand and the water is right there.

This beachfront property was exactly what we were looking for on the North Shore! Beautiful home with lots of space for kids and adults. The garage was stocked full of beach gear (snorkels, body boards, beach toys, beach chairs, etc.) We also loved that there was 2 sets of washer/dryers in the home. Everything worked at home including AC units in individual rooms to keep home cool! The back patio was a great space to entertain and the grill worked perfectly. The backyard (state park) was a great space to play in the back and fly kites :) The beaches were beautiful and private and the sand was amazing. The property is also very close to Laie and Kahuku with lots of great places to eat! Joseph was very helpful when help was needed, and responded promptly to questions. I would highly recommend this property, and I would love to come back and stay again in the future!

This is a wonderful property- even better than the pictures show. We had 11 people, teens and adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone with lots of space and a wonderful beach just steps beyond the the back door. Owners were responsive and helpful, and we appreciated all the amenities: beach toys and chairs for everyone, towels, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, and there are TWO washer and dryer sets. We hope to come back soon!

We had a large group of fifteen people, ages 10-75 and this house met all of our needs. The dining and living room were large enough to accommodate us when we were all together and we didn't feel crowded. A great thing about this house was the convenience of having beach gear provided (quite a few snorkel sets, boogie boards, cooler bags, and beach towels). The beach behind the house was fun to snorkel around, but it's pretty rocky to play in. Bring water shoes or walk north on the beach to get to sandier beaches. Pounders beach is a few minutes away if you're looking for more aggressive waves. There's a grocery store nearby and Laie has more restaurant options very close by. The owners were very easy to communicate with and they got back to us quickly with a question that we had. The location if off the street, so you don't hear vehicles and even though the backyard is part of a state beach, it still feels very private.

Location, location, location! We loved the convenience of this house to shopping, great beaches and lots of attractions. We had a great time with the park in the backyard, at Alligator pond and Kakela beach just steps from the house. Loved the beach toys! We used them all and they really enhanced our fun! We added a couple too 😉. Neighbors were very friendly. The house has everything you need for a great vacation!

My family had a wonderful stay at Joseph's home. Great location on the North Shore and the home had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was stocked with common cooking ingredients. Communication with Joseph was easy before and during our trip. Our favorite part was the instant beach access from the back of the home. It took us about a minute to get from the back door to the sand!

Excellent stay in Laie! Super convenient beach access, the beach is beautiful and felt private, plus we saw some great fish while snorkeling. Very convenient drugstore and grocery store 2 minutes away, plus larger plaza and cultural center 5 minutes away. Great location for those looking for something quiet. We had 6 adults and 6 kids (ages2-6) and had plenty of space.

Joseph has done an exceptional job in providing you with everything necessary for a beach vacation. The home is clean and decorated appropriately without alot of clutter. The home is situated just a few steps away from the beach and my group of 10 found that as one of the best parts of our stay. The home is is extremely spacious and clean. It’s a bit far from the main attractions of Oahu but the drive on the Windward side is absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again, thanks again Joseph!

Amazing home, my family and I definitely enjoyed our time here. Very spacious, very clean. This house has everything you need from all the beach supplies, all the pots and pans you need for cooking. The beds were comfy. My children definitely enjoyed the bunk room. We had 12 in our party and there was a lot of room for all of us with room for more. The host was easy to contact with any concerns. This Beachfront getaway was a dream; absolutely beautiful setting - house and property. Two things I would like to first point out, the unit was immaculately clean, down to the couch being vacuumed and not even a dust bunny under the bed. Secondly, the beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were higher quality with nice pillows (I was sleeping in the master but my other guests agreed). This is uncommon in most of our experiences. The house is comfortable, we had a party of 9 - ages 7 months to 65 YO and functionality was great with our hustle and bustle. The view from the master suite was breathtaking and sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning and reading at night was a highlight. The beach is calm for young children to swim, sand is soft, not rocky. Beach equipment provided. The area was safe. I say this because there is a public beach parking and beach shower out front. There wasn’t a lot of activity, we always felt there was good privacy. We received our check in instructions late which caused some anxiety. This could have been an email issue or miscommunication. We had them before we hit it ground from our flight.Every member of our party had a great time.

Joseph's home was perfect for our stay. Steps to the beach, plenty of room for hanging out. We had a group of 11 - 4 adults and 7 children ranging in ages from 8 to 16.
The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and we cooked most meals in the home.

Beautiful Beach Sunrises

Comfortable, clean and in a perfect location, this home worked wonderfully for our family. We could hear and see the ocean from the back windows and enjoyed waking up to beautiful beach sunrises. The location was very convenient to our activities of kayaking, ziplining, PCC, snorkeling and hiking. The air conditioned rooms were refreshing after being in the sun. We loved our vacation and this home.

Comfortable home in beautiful location. The beach out the back door was great for swimming, snorkeling and playing. Saw beautiful fish and sea turtles. It was a quiet and uncrowded beach. The location also allows for easy access to Honolulu and the North Shore. We met the owners next door who were friendly and welcoming. The construction next door seems to be moving along rapidly and was not disruptive.

This place was amazing! Very friendly host (and neighbors)! The linens were so soft, and the beds were very comfortable! Each room had its own air-conditioning, which kept us nice and cool. Your backyard attaches to a public park, so be aware that people will be going through the backyard but it never felt intrusive. Nice little beach outback as well, it's fairly rocky, however. Plenty of beach, toys and amenities in the garage. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect location! This house is right on the beach for walks in the morning, snorkeling or enjoying the sunsets. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for anything you could want. We used every bed listed in the house and all have good, comfy mattresses and solid AC in all rooms. Everything is well stocked and close to grocery, food trucks and several key activities on the island. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely place to stay and we were very comfortable in the setting. An elderly parent was able to maneuver comfortably in the entire home. There is an attached home with other tenants but we found them to be quite and respectful.

This property was perfect for our family. Location is great. It is fully stocked. It’s just perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we return. It is also very roomy and had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable at all time. I highly recommend! And the owner was fast to respond if we needed him.

This property was as described! The house is lovely (the stock of beach toys was great as well as room for family dining, it has TVs but none of us ever turned one on!), the beach is so close (you can see it and hear from the house), the view is glorious (extra pretty from the upstairs balcony), the information left in a handy book on the counter by the owner was great! Our family is actually 4 units now from 3 different regions and we had an awesome time together. We were blessed by Covid restrictions having been lifted by the time we were there, but between the house and the beach I think we would have had a great time, regardless!

This is a perfect property for a large family. We had 14 of us and we all fit perfectly. Everything was very easy and the host/owner was available and very helpful when we needed extra blankets and sheets. I would totally stay here again!

The property was really beautiful and it was so convenient to have the beach literally in your backyard. We had a family of 12 and the house had more than enough beds for us. Property had all the amenities and having 2 washers and dryers was awesome especially with a big family.

Everything we expected and more. First time to Hawaii and we picked the right spot! Right in the middle of everything. Great home home on the uncrowded beach and literally 10 minutes from everything you want to do and more than you can in a week. Home has everything you need and is well maintained . Our family of 9 had extra room with unused beds. If you get a chance you should stay in this place! We can't wait to come back.

Our family enjoyed our stay beyond expectations! It was my granddaughters’ high school graduation and family came from as far as the New England. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for the my large family. Everyone had comfortable sleeping accommodations. The children ranged in ages from 2 to 18 and all of them were happy with the space and free to just “Be”. I’d recommend this vacation home to anyone and would return myself. This was our first visit to Hawaii. To be honest upon first finding the house (duplex) we were slightly concerned about neighborhood/location. But as we settled in and relaxed it was an amazing location. . Our kids met some local kids that lived next door. The college kids that lived in the other side of the duplex were quite as a mouse and very pleasant. The beach access was the best. Plenty of beach gear for adults and kids. We visited Honolulu and Waikiki beach a couple days we were on our trip. So glad we chose to stay away from the hustle and bustle of that area. We spent most of our time on the west & north side of the island and there was more than enough to keep us busy. Would highly recommend this home! It was clean, well stocked and loved having 2 sets of washer/dryer. Plenty of room for all 11 of us.

The homeowner was very responsive and accommodating. Joseph gave us all of the details in a binder at the house and recommendations for grocery stores and nearby hot spots. The house was amazing from top to bottom. From the kitchen to back porch, to all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two sets of washers and dryers was an amazing addition to, along with all of the beach snorkels, chairs, and towels provided. Overall, we loved our stay at the house and we will definitely be back. I recommend this house to anyone planning their stay on the island!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The large bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the close proximity to the beach in the back yard was the perfect place fir our coffee and sunrise!

Church friends getaway

This home was perfect for our group of 10. The proximity to the beach was ideal, and the beach itself beautiful. We often had it entirely to ourselves! The kids in the group, ages 9-15, loved the boogey boards and snorkeling equipment provided. Inside, there is plenty of room to hang out together for meals, etc. but also to enjoy privacy when you want it. We appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen, as well as the two sets of washers and dryers. There was even a lovely assortment of Hawaii goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The location of this home was perfect for enjoying the many attractions and beaches on the north shore. We all miss sitting out on the patio, listening to the ocean, and watching the chickens! The house is clean and beautiful, just steps from one of the prettiest stretches of beach on the north shore. It’s close to everything fun. The beach equipment and gift basket were a great touch. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning.
We did appreciate the extra Murphy bed in the living room. We didn’t hear from the host once during our stay, which is actually preferable. They left great recommendations in their house guide.

This home far exceeded expectations. The house was FULLY equipped with plenty of towels, kitchen items, beach toys that included snorkel gear, beach shoes, rafts, beach mats etc.. for ALL ages and sizes. The house was clean and tidy. Ample space. Two washers and dryers. Plenty of sleeping space/beds. Very close to beach which was extremely private. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. About an hour drive to Waikiki but beautiful scenery to view along the way.
Would highly recommend this location for a visit to Oahu. There is plenty of the traditional tourist things to do in Honolulu, but this home is in a much less congested and busy area that was peaceful. Close to two ranches that offered horseback riding, ATV and Zip lines. Near the north shore for great surfing and Waimea Hiking trail/botanical gardens and water falls.
The description of this property was "spot on" and very accurate. Would highly recommend spending time here.

We had such a great experience staying here. The beach out back was incredible and the back yard is huge and is actually connected to a small park. There were so many beach toys and random amenities at the house. The kitchen was stocked more than most homes with pots &pans, cooking utensils and thanks like spices and popcorn already in cabinets. We actually did a lot of cooking and it was awesome. I’ve been coming to the north shore for years now and this was the first time I’ve stayed here but it won’t be the last.

This house is so beautiful and the park and beach behind are amazing. Its a little hard to find but thats only because it has a long driveway. So be careful or you'll miss it.

The hale location is in a great location away from the city. It's close to a small grocery store if you forget something, close to a great taco place, Longs Drugs and PCC is only 5 minutes down the road. The large grass area in the back is a wonderful space for games and, of course, the beach is right outside the back door with fresh water showers for clean up. It was a joy to wake up every morning to the blue waves and the last thing to see is the silhouette of the palms against the sunset. Sit on the upper lanai to relax and enjoy the view. Plenty of beach area to build sand castles, go crabbing at night and warm water to frolic in. The host had beach towels available, sand toys, chairs, boogies boards, and a small Styrofoam ice chest...even umbrellas for those short warms rains; but we just ran out and played in them with the grandkids. There were 12 in my party and I wondered if we'd feel like we were on top of one another in the hale, but we did not. There was plenty of room for all of us and each room had air conditioning. I appreciated that the lower floor was designed to be open. It kept us altogether, which is what I wanted and my dream. In addition, I appreciated that there are two set of washers and dryers. It came in quite handy with so many towels and children's dirty clothes we went through. As my mother said when we first walked in, "This is a dream house!" ...and it was. Designed and decorated tastefully. We fulfilled our dream of bringing our ohana together after 7 long awaited years and made many joyful memories. We would recommend this place to anyone. We travelled with 11 people to this rental for a family vacation. We had grandparents, daughters and spouses, 2 kids and 1 toddler. We arrived at night- after dark- which is really the worst part of our stay! The property can be extremely difficult to find in the dark. It sits back from the street behind another property. But once you find it- you will never miss it! The space offered enough room to house us all comfortably for one week. Also had enough washrooms! 3 full ones to be exact. Bedrooms were exactly as presented in the pictures. They were clean and well dressed. Each room had its own air conditioning system which allowed each family to set it the way they wanted. The internet connection was on point- with many of us online at one time. The kitchen is fully supplied- right down to a slow cooker.
If you are travelling with children- this is a great place to stay. They have fully supplied boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, and a few family games. You are literally a 5 minute drive to the Polynesian cultural centre, some great food trucks and some tourist shops. Honolulu is about an hour drive- which isn’t too bad as it is very scenic. The ocean is literally in your backyard. It is also a public park. The beach is clean of seaweed and the sand was soft. I would suggest water shoes, especially for kids, but I didn’t use them. We had no problem with others using the access point to the beach, nor did we have any of our personal gear taken from the back table. Overall, we would stay here again. Joesph was easy to contact and replied to my text messages promptly. The North shore and all of its attractions were never more than an hours drive.

The title for this home and pictures are spot on and we were also welcomed with a wonderful gift basket. This home is well appointed and has wonderful views. It sits back from the ocean but you can see it in its glory and also benefit from the park area as a 'backyard' equipped with outdoor shower/rinse station. The owner has taken great steps to insure you'll have everything you'll need at your disposal. Including; new beach chairs/toys, towels, coffee, laundry detergent and more. Our family was extremely happy to have been able to spend our Christmas holiday here. Our kids even got to participate in an annual Christmas Eve tradition in which the area family community sets-up and runs a ginormous slip and slide for the kids to enjoy. We made many great memories and that was just one of the ones we'll never forget. The beach area seemed almost like our own private beach! There are some reefs making the snorkeling good and other sandy areas for a nice swim. Stores/restaurants are walk-able but would suggest walking the beach and cutting over as the traffic can be heavy. Please note though, the house is far enough off the road and there's another house in front of it so you can't hear the traffic. It was very peaceful and the neighbors were nice.
